none of my calls seem to be coming over today from outreach?
Update I went to outreach to call on the tasks direct, and they were all bad numbers, somehow orum knew they were bad, and just didn’t mark the tasks as complete, so they were still in my queue…
How can I get it so that orum marks the bad numbers as invalid and completes the task in someway?
Hi @morrillt, sorry for the delay. For some reason I did not get a notification of your post. You are correct, Orum will notify you of which numbers are bad from when Orum previously called them.
To answer your original question though, you will want to reset your list within Orum to show the most up to date call tasks.
