How do we upload extensions into a CSV file? Do they need their own column?

I am wondering, when we upload a CSV how does Orum handle extensions?

Do we need another column? What formats are supported?

Hi @Terry thanks for reaching out.

Make sure to input the extension as part of the phone number column within the CSV, before your calling session begins. This will prompt the system to automatically attempt to navigate the dial tree.

Navigating extensions works with any extension format, so long as it’s in the phone column (e.g. 555-5555 x123, #123, ;123, ext. 123, 123, extension 123)
